West Union, WV - Donation to the Food Pantry.
Frances Smearman Vaca, winner of the “What the Town of West Union Mean to
Me” Essay Contest, has donated her prize money for the public good.
The Mayor and Town Council had authorized a $100.00 Savings Bond for First Prize
in the Essay Contest.
Ms. Vaca has requested that the cost of the Savings Bond be donated to a need in
the Town of West Union.
